Dear Diary,
My life has been made!!! Everyone has been asking me if they can get me anything. I said I wanted the hot Tongan Olympian. On Monday post surgery Jimmy shared a photo of me and tagged Pita Taufatofua. Pita reposted the photo and sent me a shout out wishing me a speedy recovery. This was completely unexpected and I am beyond elated. I’ve been a fan since the Rio games and appreciate him for his hustle and positivity. Not many people compete in both the Summer and Winter games and it’s inspiring watching him train and bring cultural awareness to Tonga. Is he hot? Absolutely, but he’s more than just a handsome face and wall of muscle.
In addition to my high Salt & Straw has also let me know to reach out when I’m ready to refill my freezer. I know it’s super boring but their vanilla is my favorite.
I’m getting stronger every day and my pain is becoming less and less. The tegaderm is getting more and more itchy but overall I feel good. Lots of to be grateful for…G
